Honestly I don't understand why people claim that they want to do things yo help disabled people live a more independent life, yet they make equipment extremly expensive and hard to get installed. This will be my kitchen disign, although I would go very contemporary and minimalistic instead of the country look.

Yes it is, good eye. I was reading up on the designer of the kitchen and he specializes in handicap capable kitchens!
